I’m making progress! I have been very busy over the last couple of weeks, so I haven’t had as much time to devote to my new project as I’d hoped, but I’ve snatched a few minutes here and there and it’s coming along slowly. I’m hoping that next week I can get it finished, and show it to you in its full glory. Until then, here’s a little taste of how it looks now.

Thank you! It took me a while to choose the colours, but I had to work with what I have with me – I have never managed to find anywhere here in The Gambia that sells embroidery thread, although I’m sure it’s available if you know where to look!
